Music has been part of my life for as long as statistics has. Alongside my academic work, I serve as Director of Music at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, where my responsibilities include planning and leading the music for weekly worship, selecting hymns and service music aligned with the lectionary, directing the choir and handbells, and accompanying congregational song from the organ and piano.

- Organist and pianist for weekly Sunday worship and seasonal services
- Hymn selection aligned with the Revised Common Lectionary
- Direction of the adult vocal choir, the youth choir, and the handbell ensemble
- Preparation of service bulletins, calendars, music listings, and custom score engravings in MuseScore
New singers, ringers, and instrumentalists are always welcome — no audition required, just a love of sharing music in worship. Come try a rehearsal, show up on a Sunday morning, or get in touch with any questions.
- Adult Choir — Wednesdays 8:00 pm (plus Sunday 8:30 am when the choir sings)
- Handbell Choir — Wednesdays 7:00 pm (plus Sunday 8:45 am when the bells play)
- Youth Choir — Sunday mornings following Sunday School
- Instrumentalists — any instrument welcome; please reach out so we can plan a piece together
Choir and handbell rehearsals break for the summer after Trinity Sunday and resume the Wednesday after Labor Day. Feel free to get in touch anytime!

Background
I was baptized at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Greenville, North Carolina, and confirmed at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Raleigh, North Carolina — both congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA).
I began playing piano for worship services in 1994 as the pianist for the early service at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Long Beach, California, and have been regularly involved in music ministry ever since — serving in various roles as pianist, organist, choir director, and music director at the congregations listed below.
